1L Desk system can be integrated with the customer's IT programs, creating the possibility of direct communication, when the systems automatically exchange information between 1L Desk and SalesForce, without wasting the customer's time. By using this system, 1L Desk users can find all the necessary information in one place: see the schedules of different shipping lines, form orders, receive individualized recommendations for cargo transportation, order the desired services directly through the system, manage financial information and monitor the movement of their cargo. We have created a custom CRM system for the company and we're still supporting and developing it further.
